Palino 係我地買農莊時附帶嘅一個小毛孩。佢係一隻喜歡說話嘅猫咪，佢絕對唔會怕羞同你講佢想要啲咩。
當我地購買農莊時，我地還偶然發現有一隻小狐狸安靜地瞓係一張床上，呢個就係我地而家嘅「狐狸房」！

荒廢嘅葡萄園
睇到搖搖欲墜嘅混凝土柱子同多年未修剪嘅葡萄，我地知道呢個重建葡萄園係一個大工程。係農學家嘅幫助下，我地決定保留約一半嘅葡萄園，並重新種植另一半嘅葡萄樹。

摧毀及重建房屋
装修
當我地係2020年接收農莊嘅時候，葡萄園大部分已被荒廢。呢個破產嘅農莊租比咗附近嘅農夫，佢只係每年收割葡萄而無做任何維修，所以葡萄園被荒廢咗8年。當中好多混凝土棚架系統倒塌，許多葡萄樹死亡，甚至更多的葡萄樹產出品質非常低嘅葡萄。我們知道重建葡萄園需要好多時間，所以呢個係我地開始嘅第一個計畫。
我地成為農莊主人
係2020年2月，我地成為咗呢座迷人嘅農莊同葡萄園嘅主人。呢棟主樓最初只係一座塔樓，其歷史可以追溯到11世紀，多年來，塔樓被其他建築包裹著。 我地進行咗大規模嘅翻修，保留咗原來嘅牆壁，展示咗原來嘅塔樓，同時重建咗房子嘅一大部分。
係我地開始裝修之前
農莊對上嘅主人都係從事遊客住宿。當我地接收嘅時候，已經被廢棄咗5年，所以房子嘅狀況很糟，好多窗同門框都壞同脫落了，百葉窗已經腐爛，外牆很髒且脫落，屋簷破損，內部金屬腐蝕，沖廁所時屋內有一股臭味，牆壁潮濕發霉，花園雜草叢生，木質門廊搖晃，泳池變成了蛇坑！
地理位置以及我地選擇呢度嘅原因
儘管農莊被荒廢多年，我地仍然睇到佢嘅潛力。佢係位於托斯卡納山谷中部嘅一顆小寶石。 我地總係被當拐過樹林路角轉眼睇到葡萄園同房子嘅神奇景色而感到驚嘆。我地睇到呢個係遊覽托斯卡納的完美地點，為我地嘅客人營造賓至如歸感覺。係好天氣嘅日子，你可以係一小時內到達大部分主要旅遊城市或城鎮。如果你想要安靜嘅一天，你可以係泳池邊放鬆身心，係幾乎睇唔到其他房屋嘅山谷裡睇你至愛嘅小說。
呢個粉紅色唔太適合我地！
農莊之前嘅裝修比人一種80年代宿舍嘅感覺。所有嘅牆壁都被抹上了灰泥，包括塔樓原來嘅內牆，大屋裏面充滿著瘋狂的粉紅色、黃色和紫色！此 外，大屋使用一個非常舊的同笨重嘅木顆粒鍋爐來加熱熱水，效率低，以及有燒焦的氣味。
呢個唔係我地計劃嘅招待室
呢個係拆除之前嘅舊接待處。我們喜歡拱形窗戶，但意大利嘅官僚主義之一係當你進行翻時必須提高建築物嘅能源效率。所以我地必須係呢啲牆壁上鋪上隔熱材料。幸運嘅係，我地有辦法讓磚塊保持在視線範圍內。我地渴望向你展示嘅接待方式。

從香港到托斯卡纳
我地真正嘅旅程始係2024年開始，我地交換咗誓言，踏上了共同的冒險之路，我地稱之為「愛情冒險」。我地係繁華嘅城市香港工作超過 22 年 - 史葛係國泰航空公司嘅飛行員，安格斯係公務員。我地對旅行、冒險同水肺潛水嘅熱情推動著我們的生活，我地一起探索地球嘅每個遙遠角落，尋找新的視野。
係2015年，我地「發現」咗托斯卡納，呢個發現永遠改變咗我地生活軌跡。風景、美食、美酒、天氣以及居民的熱情。係 2020 年，我地成為咗迷人嘅農莊同葡萄園嘅主人，呢個係我地下一篇章嘅開始。
係個時開始，我地一直努力翻修我地嘅農莊同葡萄園，我地非常高興係 2025 年4 月開業時歡迎您的光臨！
