During season, join us every for our lazy barbecue brunch by the pool, with unlimited food and drink and light chill out sounds from 11:30am until 4pm.  A BBQ fit for a king, with personally selected Tuscan meats and vegetables from local farms, home made salads, sides & desserts together with local wines, beers, soft drinks with an optional cocktail & spirit menu.  Take a refreshing dip in the pool between bites, or relax on the loungers to soak up the sun.  Now this is what a holiday in Tuscany is all about!  We run this event adhoc based on guest interest.  We require a minimum 10 people.

We are blessed to live in a truffle area, with forests that can supply truffles mostly all year round.  This experience into nature will show you the uniqueness of this product and the amazingly close human-animal relationship, as both work together perfectly.  The experience starts with a short explanation on the life of a truffle, and some techniques on training a truffle dog.  After the forest excursion you will be served a delicious lunch, based on traditional tuscan dishes with fresh and flavorful truffles.  We need a minimum of 4 people for this event to take part. 

Ever wondered how the Italians make such amazing bread?  Once a week we invite a local chef to La Torre host a pizza dinner.  Starting in the morning, the chef sets up our outdoor pizza oven and you are welcome to join for a short lesson.  Then, a 7pm, you will enjoy your dinner with some home cooked starters and deserts, together with local beer and wine and gourmet pizzas.  A fun evening of socialisation, local italian tracks and interactive pizza making.  We run this event adhoc based on guest interest.  We require a minimum 10 people.

Set on our English lawn, in front of the house, you will enjoy an evening Tuscan picnic with a selection of cold and hot local farm fresh dishes, served from our kitchen, together with local wines.  Then at sunset, we start a movie of choice on our purpose built screen in the garden, with our immersive surround sound system.  Blankets and beanbags are readily available, all you have to do is relax and enjoy the atmosphere, under the Tuscan evening sun.  We run this event adhoc based on guest interest.  We require a minimum 10 people.

In late September and early October we have reserved 2 weeks for a special Harvest Experience for guests who are particularly interested in winemaking.  You can join us in the farm as we hand harvest our grapes, watch and learn about how we process the grapes after picking and understand how this process directly affects the taste of the wine.  You will get to taste the grapes & juice as it goes through its process of fermentation, learn how we measure the sugar content and how it affects the alcohol.  You will leave with a complete understanding of how wine is made, from plant to bottle.  We will also give special wine tasting lessons depending on your existing experience.   Message us for enquiry.

Who doesn’t love a murder mystery?  Well, here is a very unique opportunity to come and live in one.  Hosted over 3 days and 2 nights, you will be transported into an Agatha Christie novel, using your own, but maybe slightly exaggerated, personality (no acting required).  Full of surprises, twists and turns it will be your job to identify who the killer is and what their motive might be.  A real life game of Cluedo where you can trust no one.  We are going to have so much fun creating this and we hope to make a lifetime memory for you.   Message us for enquiry.
