Accommodation
La Torre offers 8 unique rooms, each inspired by a different Tuscan animal, with a beautiful hand crafted mosaic of the animal in each bathroom. A maximum accommodation of 16 people which can be extended to 19 people, with a few additional beds added. There is plenty of other accommodation all around us, for your guests to choose, or you choose as part of your offering.
Vineyard Ceremony Area
A specially designed, uncovered lawn, which is accessed through rose and grape arches and a path through the vineyard. Together with a wedding arch made with fresh laurel and rose and a backdrop of both red and white grape vines. Included is the technology you might need, such as microphone system & speakers. Includes breakout areas in the vineyard that can be used for gift collection, or guest sign in displays.
Long Table Vineyard Dining
We can accommodate up to 120 people for dining on a long table on the edge of our vineyard. Included in our dining packages are all the table and chairs, white table linen, fresh flower table decorations and lighting, so you can relax on your big day.
Facilities Available
Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi
The swimming pool is open from 8am until late every day, and is beautiful central space to relax or gather. La Torre does not provide Life Guarding services. There is a bathroom located down a stairwell close to the swimming pool. The pool has wheelchair access via a ramp.
Poolside Pergola & Band Stand
Next to the swimming pool are a collection of terraces that can be used for dining and different events. Accompanying this is an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, so we can facilitate your parties. The area has speakers throughout that can be connected to guest devices, and the band stand has connections ready so any live band can connect into our system. We can help organise any special decoration or live music.
Garden Lawn & Cinema
Our garden is a good option for a welcome event, offering a space for a tuscan picnic on the grass, or a welcome aperitif. We have a Corten steel arch, that a cinema screen can be mounted on, if a movie, presentation or collection of old photographs or family videos wanted to be shown. It is accompanied by a 7.1 surround sound speaker system.
Time for a Party
Pizza Party!
What a fun way to welcome your guests to italy! Your guests can be involved in as little or as much as they like in the making process, choosing their own toppings and firing in our outdoor wood oven. Served with a buffet of starters and deserts, and free flow wine, prosecco, local beer and soft drinks. Make it extra special with live accordion music
Tuscan Picnic & Outdoor Movie
Set on our English lawn, in front of the house, your guests will enjoy an evening Tuscan picnic with a selection of cold and hot local farm fresh dishes, served from our kitchen, together with local wines & Prosecco or soft drinks. Then at sunset, we start a movie of choice on our purpose built screen in the garden, with our immersive surround sound system. Blankets and beanbags are readily available. Maybe you will want to create your own movie of your life together up to this special day. Or watch old videos from earlier generations in an intimate setting with your family.
Poolside BBq Party
This is great for both a long daytime brunch, or an evening party. A BBQ buffet including whole roasted lamb or pig roasted over a wood fire. Includes a selection of appetisers, salads, BBQ meats, sauces & side dishes. As well as free flow, drinks of local wines, beer & soft drinks. Tables & Linen, Chairs, Background music from inbuilt speakers, to create the atmosphere you want. Enhance the party by adding a live band, or sunday chill out songs.
Welcome Events or Parties!
Formal Dining
With our own in house catering we can offer a formal sit down ceremony dinner on long table dining. Together with tables, chairs, linen, fresh flower table decorations and lighting all included. A favorite is a typical tuscan feast, but ultimately the menu is up to you. If we cant accommodate your needs, you are welcome to bring your own caterers. A sample menu would include:
A selection of hot & cold appetisers, Large Pasta Plates, T-Bone Steak cooked on open wood fire (vegan and vegetarian options available), together with sides of roasted potatoes and vegetables, Traditional Italian desert, like Tiramisu, finishing off with Limoncello, Coffee & Tea and Chocolates. We offer free flow packages or on demand wine and drinks packages to accompany the meal.
Basic - Included
Designed for couples who love simplicity and trust our local artisans. This package offers a calm, curated celebration shaped entirely with our custom suppliers.
Includes:
- Custom wedding design with our hand selected local suppliers
- Communication, booking and co-ordination with our supplier team
- Full wedding days set up, co-ordination, dismantling and disposal
- Access to the La Torre Wedding Portal (coming soon)
You may bring external suppliers, but all communication, planning, logistics and on-site supervision for them remains your responsibility

Extending Beyond La Torre
The beauty of Tuscany can be found all around us as we are perfectly positioned in the center of Tuscany, just 45 mins from Florence airport or 55 mins to Pisa airport. So why not come earlier, or extend later, with your close family or friends and enjoy the breathtaking delights of Tuscany immediately around us. There are easy 1/2 day trips on our doorstep, such as a visit to the medieval centers of San Gimignano or Volterra, a local winery for Wine Tasting or a day spa, so you can still be back for your complimentary aperitif each evening. Or venture out to one of the incredible restaurants around us.. there are so many excellent choices we actually find it difficult to recommend.. we wish you can try them all! This will really give you a sense of what rural Tuscany is all about and we know you will absolutely fall in love with it.. like we did! We got married in Iceland in September 2015 and organized, by ourselves (no wedding planner), a 3 day, destination wedding, for 60 of our family and friends! We had never stepped foot in Iceland until 2 days before our big day! So we completely understand what you are going through, where the stress points are, and what you need to think about and when.
