A First Look at La Torre

This short video was our first introduction to La Torre sulla via Francigena, made ahead of welcoming our first guests in April 2025.
La Torre is an organic, adults-only farm stay just outside Gambassi Terme, in the heart of Tuscany. The Via Francigena runs through the middle of our vineyard, San Gimignano is a 20-minute drive away, and Florence, Pisa and Siena are each under an hour.
The rooms are each designed around one of the animals of Tuscany, and the garden has a swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi.
